Reaching the Tscheppa Gorge in an environmentally friendly way is easy thanks to good rail connections and special summer bus services. From Klagenfurt Central Station, take the S3 suburban train to Weizelsdorf and then the bus via Ferlach to the Tscheppa Gorge. The Tscheppa Gorge is easily accessible from Ferlach by regional bus. Line 533 from Weizelsdorf railway station or from Ferlach Sparkassenplatz to Unterloibl Tscheppaschlucht (car park). Journey time: approx. 20 minutes
On the following weekends, a free shuttle bus is available from Klagenfurt Central Station (forecourt) to the Unterloibl Tscheppaschlucht car park. - 14–16 May - 23–25 May - 30–31 May - 4–7 June and - 13–14 June 2026 Departure time from Klagenfurt Central Station (bus station) to Unterloibl Tscheppaschlucht: 9.40 am Departure time from Unterloibl Tscheppaschlucht car park: 3.53 pm to Klagenfurt Central Station.
