Unless otherwise agreed for individual products, the purchase transaction is concluded and processed in German.

How do you book an Experience Ticket?

In the first step, you make a product selection by choosing a product via a teaser or filter category. In the 2nd step, go to the "Book here" section and configure the travel participants using the "Select travelers" button. You then have the option of logging in or registering with a user account or continuing the booking as a guest. The first name, surname, date of birth and valid discount cards must be entered for each traveler. If a mandatory field is entered incorrectly, a red error message will appear. The incorrectly completed field is shown with a red border. You must correct the incorrect entry accordingly. Confirm the entries with the "Confirm" button. In the 3rd step, you configure the leisure time benefit. To do this, select the "Select the number of days" button and make your selection from the list of options offered. In the 4th step, you can define from when the time off benefit should be valid. To do this, click on "Select the start date" and select the desired date in the calendar view. You can only select possible dates, dates on which the offer cannot be booked are crossed out and cannot be selected. In the 5th step, you can configure the desired journey by public transport (e.g. train or bus). To do this, select the "Select outward journey" button. Enter the desired stop for the departure in the Departure station field. Then select the desired stop from the possible arrival stops. Then select the desired travel date; you can change the default settings using the Date and Time fields. If a mandatory field is entered incorrectly, a red error message appears. The incorrectly completed field is shown with a red border. Click on "Find a connection". The possible connections are listed in the 6th step. You can call up further possible connections using the "Previous connections" and "Later connections" buttons. You can use the "Show details" button to call up detailed information on the respective connection. Select the desired connection using the radio button at the top right of the desired connection. Confirm your selection with the "Show travel options" button. In the 7th step, the possible fare options are displayed. At the top of the page, select whether you would like to have 2nd or 1st class fares displayed. Check the details and select the desired fare using the radio button at the top right of the desired fare. Confirm your selection with the "Confirm" button. In step 8, you can select whether you require a ticket for public transport for the return journey. Make your selection using the "Yes" and "No" buttons. If you select "Yes", click on "Select return journey" and follow the instructions in steps 5 to 7. If you select "No", the "Select return journey" button will disappear. In step 9, select the reference type of the selected leisure time benefit. Edit the reference type with the pencil symbol. In step 10, you can add the selected services to the shopping cart using the "Add to cart" button and then continue shopping. Alternatively, you can use the "Pay now" button to add the selected services to the shopping cart; you will be forwarded to the shopping cart immediately. In the 11th step, you have the option of logging in or registering with a user account or continuing the booking as a guest. As a registered customer, the address data will be taken from your user profile. When ordering as a guest, you must enter the invoice and payment details in the fields provided. If a mandatory field is entered incorrectly, a red error message will appear. The incorrectly completed field is shown with a red border. In the 12th step, a window for payment opens. During the payment process, you will be automatically redirected to the payment page of our payment provider. If you omit any mandatory fields or fill them in incorrectly, the incorrect fields will be clearly marked. Click on "Cancel" to stop the entire booking and payment process. Once you have entered all the required data correctly, you can start the actual payment process by clicking on "Submit". As an additional security measure, 3D Secure verification is started depending on the payment method. After successful 3D verification, the payment is successfully completed. Your means of payment will be debited immediately with the amount due. In the 13th step, we thank you for your booking. Your contract with us is now effective.
